What it does
Gorgias AI Agent is the customer service agent inside the Gorgias helpdesk for ecommerce brands. It is trained on a store's Shopify data, answers product and order questions, and acts on orders, refunds and returns across the helpdesk inbox, voice and SMS, including reading images shoppers send in chat. Gorgias connects to Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento and WooCommerce and to apps such as Loop Returns, Yotpo, Recharge, Bloomreach and Attentive. AI Agent is included on every helpdesk plan and is billed only for conversations it resolves on its own, at $0.90 per automated interaction on annual contracts or $1.00 on monthly ones.
