What it does
ThunderPhone is a platform for voice agents that handle inbound calls and outbound campaigns for work such as support, scheduling, pre-sales and reminders. Teams describe the agent in plain language, choose a voice and intelligence level, connect a carrier over SIP and upload knowledge documents; outbound campaigns take CSV contact lists with calling windows and retries. Calls can be transferred to a person, supervised live and scored, and agents can be imported from other voice platforms. It supports more than 40 languages and offers a REST API. Version 2.0 is live. Pricing is per minute from 2 cents, with surcharges for long prompts, added intelligence and premium voices, and the vendor offers a HIPAA BAA.
